Use the order-status link included with your Shopify order confirmation.
Find your order
Open the confirmation for the order you placed and follow its order-status link. This storefront cannot look up an order from an email address or order number, and does not offer a separate tracking portal.
Keep your order information private
Do not share an order-status link publicly. Use the contact details included with your order when you need help with that specific purchase.
